Shipping

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $50 within Canada and $10 flat shipping fee on all U.S. orders.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship to Canada and the US.

International orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes or custom fees. The buyer will be held responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or customs fees required. Aethos Pickleball is not responsible for any country restriction, duty tax or any other fees collected.

What is your processing time?

Orders are processed in about 1-3 business days of your purchase. All packages are shipped from our Toronto warehouse.

Economy shipping is free on all domestic orders within Canada over $50 and $10 flat shipping fee on all U.S. orders. Once shipped, we'll send the carrier and tracking information via email to you.

What is your missing package policy?

We are not responsible for missing, unclaimed or refused orders that were delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Refund Policy

Customers have 30 calendar days from the day the shipping company marks the order as delivered to return orders. All items must be new, unused and contain all original packaging (including the plastic handle wrap). Items not in resalable condition will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any items that are determined to be unacceptable will not be eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred on all returns and exchanges. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

A refund will be issued within 10 business days after the items are received and evaluated.

Warranty Policy

At Aethos Pickleball, we stand behind our paddles. We warrant all major manufacturing defects to the original purchaser of the paddle and offer a 180 day (6 months) warranty from the date of receipt. Our warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damages due to normal wear and tear, abuse and/or negligence
  • Any modifications made to the paddle after purchasing
  • Fading of graphics
  • Excessive damage to edge guard
  • Hitting objects other than the pickleball
  • Purchases from unauthorized dealers
  • Individuals who aren't the original purchaser
  • Lack of proof of purchase

Defective products will be replaced with an equivalent paddle.

Aethos Pickleball reserves the right to determine whether a paddle is covered under our warranty.
